Availibility and Waitlist

I take a limited number of active commissions at once. If I can’t start yours yet because my active slots are full, I’ll add you to my Trello waitlist until I’ve finished other commissions and a slot becomes available.

I’ll contact you when I’m ready to take on your commission, confirm the final details and provide an estimated completion date. Payment is not required to join the waitlist but is required before i start the sketch!

Payment Process

100% of the commission must be paid upfront once i can start your commission. Payment plans can be discussed.

Payments are made in GBP (Great British Pounds)

I only accept payments through paypal or Kofi

due to commissions being personalised, i'm unable to refund once the commission(s) have been delivered.

General Usage

Commercial use for streaming is allowed but i do require credit.

You are not allowed to trace, remove my watermark, claim as your own or sell my artwork,

I may upload said works to my social media, both as wips and finished pieces. I may also use your piece as an example for a giveaway, for my portfolio etc.

Commercial rights

Commissions may be used as the customer's streaming/avatar identity on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and social media. Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, edited for resale, or used to create merchandise/NFTs without additional licensing.

Please discuss this at the start of the commission!

Cancelations and refunds

If you cancel once work has begun, i wil account for the work already completed and refund any balance due.

If i cannot complete your commission for any reason, i will contact you. Please note, i have the right to refuse any commission.

If a delivered file is faulty or does not match the approved work, please contact me.

Commissions are supplied digitally; no physical item will be posted.

Extra Fee's

The quoted commission price is the amount you’ll pay unless you request one of the options below. I’ll confirm any additional cost with you before doing the work.

Rush orders: An additional 20–50% of the commission price, depending on the deadline and size of the order. Rush requests are subject to availability.
Merchandise usage: An additional 50% of the commission price for permission to use the finished artwork on merchandise you sell. Please arrange this with me before producing merchandise.
Major changes after sketch approval: If you approve a sketch and later request a new pose or significant design change, a redraw fee will apply. Fees start at £15 for an emote, £12 for a badge design, and £90 for a PNGTuber. The final fee depends on how much work needs to be redone.

Minor corrections included in your commission, and mistakes I’ve made against the agreed brief, do not incur an extra fee. ♡

You May Not

Resell or redistribute the original files
• Share the files with other people
• Upload the files to digital marketplaces
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Use the files to create products for resale / Merchandise unless you paid for the commercial rights
